I visited for the second time just before the holidays. I had a wonderful experience. Stefanie was kind and answered any of my questions at both of my appointments putting my worries at ease. The spa itself is extremely clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They even called the next day to check in and see if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely be back!

Me and my best friend went for our triples, we got our seconds last year at this place and Jackie is amazing! We went to her both times and made the experience so fun and relaxing. She was the best!

Went and saw Kristin for my first time ever getting filler and Botox. She was super professional and informative during the whole process. She’s also a perfectionist so you’re guaranteed to leave there happy and satisfied with her work. I will definitely be going back for more and seeing her specifically!!

Great experience at Express Med Spa. I brought my daughter here to get her cartilage pierced. We had an 11AM appointment and got there early, we were done by 10:50AM! Everyone was very nice and the office is very cute and clean. It was also very easy to book an appointment online and fill out all the necessary paperwork. They even called the next day to check on her.

I had a fantastic experience at Express Med Spa for my IV therapy! Hayley was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. I went in for a hydration and vitamin boost, and I genuinely felt a difference afterward—more energized and refreshed. She has the best energy and made the whole appointment feel easy and relaxed. Tami is such a talented injector! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and walked me through every step so I felt confident. She’s gentle, detailed, and honestly a total artist with her work. I started my tox journey at the Mount Greenwood location and have had the pleasure of working with both Stefanie and Tami. I first saw Stefanie because I was quite nervous and really wanted to first be seen by the woman who started it all. I wasn’t let down, and you can tell immediately after meeting Stefanie that she is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to give you an informed answer to any questions. I also love that when I showed interest in something new (TMJ) she wasn’t pushy and gave me alternatives to try/habits to break prior to committing to a new treatment. I saw Tami while Stefanie was on vacation, and also received the same knowledge and care. Tami is the sweetest and I loved my results from her as well. Receiving the treatment that I did from both of these women, gives me the confidence to see anyone at Express MedSpa. Thank you guys for your knowledge and for making the MedSpa experience far less intimidating than I thought it would be!

Erica is absolutely amazing! She has taught me so much about skincare and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. Her product knowledge is incredible, and she really knows which treatments and procedures are best for my skin. I’ve learned so much from her, and my skin has never looked better! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I can’t recommend her enough!
