I’m a repeat client and once again had an amazing experience. Joyce was fantastic! She takes the time to explain each step of the process thoroughly, answers every question, and makes sure you feel completely comfortable before, during, and after treatment. I really appreciate the education she provides, especially regarding aftercare and what to expect as everything settles. The space is always clean, welcoming, and friendly, and I never feel rushed. My results are beautiful, natural, and exactly what I want every time. Highly recommend Joyce and this clinic!

I always have a great experience with the whole team here (I’ve worked with Jasmine and Joyce as my injectors) and my questions are always answered thoroughly and kindly. Scheduling is easy, and they’ve even fit me in as a walk in with no notice before. Jasmine expertly walks you through every step and asks questions to keep you distracted, but the process is always quick and painless. I trust her opinions and have referred multiple friends and family members to ImageLab. They even helped me time my treatments around my wedding last summer, and I keep returning. Pricing is fair and there are always deals and specials to take advantage of. Highly recommend!

The esthetician was warm and easy to talk to, explaining what each step was doing for my skin. I appreciated that she didn’t try to push extra services, just gave me helpful advice for keeping the glow going.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I enjoy knowing that the goal is to help people achieve a fresh natural look. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I needed to obtain a letter from my doctor stating I could be off of my blood medication for 24 hours prior to treatment. They arranged to have this done and spoke to my doctor directly. Customer service is 100%. Always friendly and always perfect! Jasmine is incredible to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to obtain a fresh look. She is absolutely incredible from the initial consultation to today’s injections. She helped guide me to the right choices and explained the pros and cons of all options. Jasmine explained realistic expectations. She made the injection day fun with a great conversation and incredible bedside manner. She again explained all the pros and cons and we discussed the results and aftercare. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took a lot of focus on the humanity part of this not just the clinical. If anyone Is looking for a med spa this is the place to go! The entire team is incredible and I encourage everybody to check them out and make an appointment to pamper yourself.

Jasmine was my nurse practitioner/injector and I had an awesome experience! This was my first time getting lip filler and she explained the entire process and each kind of filler available so we could tailor it to my goals. (we ended up going with Restalyne Kysse.) I didn't know my lips could look this good yet subtle - nobody knows I got anything done unless I tell them directly. Jasmine was super conservative with the amount we injected. By the time I came back for my two-week follow-up, I even wanted a tiny bit more which I did not see myself doing originally: I just loved them so much and totally trusted the process! I'm so happy I went with a tiny bit more, they look even better than I could've imagined. I highly recommend Image Lab and Jasmine.

This place is amazing. I had my first chemical peel here and I’m shocked at how good my skin looks now. They explained every part of the process before starting, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The treatment room was immaculate, the tools were clearly freshly sanitized, and the staff wore gloves the entire time. The peel itself was gentle but effective, and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow. My skin is glowing and I’ll definitely be back.

I received my Botox treatment here with Jasmine several weeks ago and have had the best experience. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I felt really heard and taken care of here- with the areas of focus along with how I wanted the outcome to look like. She followed up and always made time. I would definitely recommend. She really is the sweetest person as well which really makes me keen to promote her business.
