My first time there was a great experience with the lead doctor I believe the owner. When I made an appointment, I spoke of her and what she suggested I made an appointment. She couldn’t be there due to a family emergency, which is understandable but it’s been going Time and they could’ve told me that it would be getting someone else I came. The front desk lady smiled and said I Could read your mind, but I can’t read minds. She said it in a very kind Tone. The lady “Doctor” that came in the room, the front desk, lady. She’ll be doing it. The lady didn’t look at me. She didn’t smile she did She did say something to the front desk, lady And I couldn’t understand it just felt like You know they were talking about me like I wasn’t in the room. I had some questions Concerned about getting it done with someone else then this lady left and I said well I’m gonna do something When I asked for the prices, they were a lot higher Than normal. Than most places. I didn’t know that they price like this. I got the price for this procedure ahead of time Included much more. So I had some professional questions Ask her a professional. And the front desk lady was still And I said well I’d like to ask her and she says well let me go. Ask her Right now and this lady likes to talk a long time. I said well the doctor could tell her I can’t stay on the phone. So she goes and ask her one question Follow up or any other questions I didn’t just have one question so I was Entire day drove an hour to get there, and that was the strangest Experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional the lady leaves the On the phone while she has an appointment and it’s indefinite amount of time Before she’ll come back into the room. Like I have nothing To do with my day? And the front desk ways we could reschedule you like Unless you want me to take another day off from work Up here to suit you guys and make it make you feel better. What a huge inconvenience and such inconsiderate of other people’s time and money. They’re definitely overcharging But the worst was just leaving the room without saying a And to go chat on the phone during my appointment never came back So I had to leave finally that was a big sign. I wasn’t welcome there..

So far it’s just been super weird. The phone number that is given is a cell phone and there’s no voicemail or any kind of system or service where you can leave a message. I tried to click on the website And received a message of the 404 error message where its webpage not found. I’m going to be requesting a refund because I got a Groupon and I think I made a mistake on this one. All the reviews seem to mostly be positive but so far my experience has been anything but professional so just be cautious.

Went for treatment for varicose veins and I really think they cheated, charged me 2 treatments and only used 1. + I haven’t healed completely and it has been 2 months already. So disappointed.
