Sarah Park review for Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery Center: Dr. Bassichis

I’ve never been more disappointed by a doctor’s office. I made an appointment with Dr. Bassichis for a consultation, and from the moment I walked in, it was a mess. I was told the consultation would last an hour, so I arranged my schedule to ensure I had 1.5 hours to spare. What happened? I spent over an hour sitting in the waiting room with no updates or any acknowledgment of my time being wasted. Finally, when I was taken back to the consultation room, I was told I’d have to wait even longer for the doctor. This office doesn’t respect your time at all. If they had communicated that the wait would be longer, I would have at least known what to expect. Instead, I sat around with no explanation, just wasting my time. I walked out without ever seeing the doctor because after that level of disrespect, I have no interest in continuing with them. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a practice that actually values my time and my money. It's clear this office doesn't care about either. HARD PASS!!
