I'd recommend caution in buying any packages from ASF. I bought a package and was denied medical clearance by ASF to use it (no lasers while breastfeeding is very odd) and it has now expired. I twice explained the situation to the front desk attendant who told me she'd talk with the new owners and follow up with me, but I never heard a word. As a 15 year ASF patient who thinks that the techs are great (especially Cecilia and Alex), this was very disappointing.

I’ve had a great experience with ASF so far and I definitely plan to be a repeat customer. Bill was knowledgeable and genuine. He gave me realistic expectations and spent time helping me set up a treatment plan that worked for me. Jacob at the front desk is always so professional and thoughtful. And the ladies who did my CO2 were personable and helped calm my nerves before we got started. I’m pleased with my results so far and I would definitely recommend the clinic!

So far I have had PDO threads and filler treatments here with Jenn and Katarina. They are both awesome- kind, knowledgeable and skilled. They helped me feel comfortable making best choices for me with no pressure or judgements. The office here is so organized and efficient and friendly. I’ll be back for more for sure❣️

Fantastic place. I got PDO threads for my turkey neck , and my technician was able to take at least 10 years off my neck after a 50 lb weight loss and being 52. Just so pleased at results!! The procedure itself was easy , painless and I had next to zero post procedure soreness. I super recommend .

My wife and I both wanted to try Emsculpt as an anniversary gift to each other. First on Emsculpt Neo, wow does it really work. We both noticed dramatic results within the first 6 weeks. Second on the clinic itself, amazing staff and very professional. They know everything you could ever want to know and do a great job of making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I'm really disappointed with this company. I received four Emsculpt sessions and, after the fourth session, was admitted to the ER for Menometrorrhagia. I had already paid for two more sessions but was advised by the doctors to quit this treatment. I later learned that I also had ovarian cysts on both ovaries, something that I've never had before and have been told that there have been reports of this by some people after Emsculpt. I notified this company and asked if there was any way I could use the money I paid (over $1k) for a different treatment in their office and they refuse to return my phone call. I've called almost every day for two weeks and they promise they'll call me back but they never have. Not once. Beware to anyone going here that if you have a negative reaction to their treatments, they won't work with you to use your money for something else. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer.

Fantastic customer service and support. Joseph is the best!! I highly recommend Cecillia as your esthetician/treatment specialist but you can’t go wrong with any of their team members. Honestly... the customer service here continuously really threw me off for the high price tag I paid for the services. This was the first place I chose to trust to try Coolsculpting so it was nerve wracking already. I tried multiple different services along with it and every time the staff was not welcoming, made the experience awkward/uncomfortable and gave me almost no information on the treatments I was getting. I saw barely any improvement with the services I got yet was charged a super high price tag and was told that it was a "discount". If you do find yourself going here for what ever reason, go to Alex Romo. She was by farrrrrr the most welcoming/friendly, accommodating and cared about my treatments. I honestly cut my treatment plan short because of the negative experiences since it became so uncomfortable.

I’ve been going to Advanced Skin Fitness for years, and while the treatments and products are top-notch, the real gem is Destiny at the front desk. She’s thoughtful, solutions-oriented, and always follows up with a genuine intent to help however she can. She takes the time to explain products in a way that actually makes sense, and her sincerity makes me feel like she truly cares. In this new era of ASF, she’s truly the heartbeat of the place!
