Always a great experience with Melanie and the team. Always easy to talk through my options and I never feel pressured to do more than necessary. They take great care of you here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And Melanie is always fun to catch up with. I love the Jan Marini skincare routine products, they have improved my skin tremendously. The membership option is great too.

I have been enrolled in their acne bootcamp for 6 months now and have seen remarkable results in my complexion. Maddy is so talented at facials and extractions, in particular. I've never had extractions done that didn't hurt until her! I have also done two PICO laser treatments that have DRAMATICALLY changed my melasma and discoloration. I also see Melanie for my injections and trust her with my face completely. I love how my appointments feel like chatting with a girlfriend while getting PROFESSIONAL advice and skills. Scheduled an acne facial. Rushed appointment. Rough on my skin and wasn’t gentle around my eyes. Started 15 mins late, but ended on time so my appt wasn’t the full hour. Aesthetician wasn’t very professional and I wasn’t rlly confident in her recommendations . They don’t change the blankets that everyone lays on. Also, spent all of 2 mins actually picking. Not relaxing at all. Disappointed with my expierence.
