I met with Bianca concerning HRT. She listened to my concerns and addressed them individually. Bianca took the time to discuss my lab’s making sure I understood my levels and what treatment would work best for me. After the first injection I immediately felt better. I will be honest I did not think it would make a difference, this was based on my experience with other HRT products. I would recommend reaching out to Bianca to discuss hormonal therapy. Everyone deserves the right to feel good in their own body and she can help you with that.

I had been looking into getting help in losing my back fat and found Miss Bianca. She is amazing! She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable , and provided all answers to any questions I had. I was hesitant, but she assured me I could trust her, and OMG!! I am more than ecstatic with the results after just 1 session. Within 2 weeks from the session I saw results. My body reacted well to the injections because not only did I lose fat in that area, I lost weight all over. Bianca you are the best! My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I searched for the better part of a year to find a provider that listened to what I was saying and feeling instead of just looking at the numbers. Was fed up hearing "it's normal to feel that way as you get older". I was lucky enough to find Bianca and she listened to how I was feeling and prescribed the appropriate treatment and it has been nothing short of amazing. 3 months in and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good in 20 years! Bianca has been very easy to work with. She is very responsive to my messages and answers my questions quickly. She even reached out to me on a holiday to make sure I received my next month of treatments on time. Who does that? Just an amazing person all the way around. I plan on being a client for a long time. I cant thank Bianca enough

STAY FAR AWAY. My husband has had decent service for the first few months here with Bianca. It quickly started to go downhill, but the prices were reasonable, so he chose to stick it out. Well, she raised her prices quite a bit recently, and the customer service and customer care fell all the way through the floor. I can’t tell you how many weeks my husband has had to miss injections due to clerical errors or blatant errors on her end. This last order of TRT was the last straw. He proactively reached out just to make sure that everything was set for the upcoming shipment. Instead of manually going in and checking, I guess Bianca just relied on her broken system and assured us that everything would arrive on time. Well on time came and went and so did an additional three days. I finally had to call FedEx myself to learn that she had entered the wrong address on the shipment. Mind you, our address has not changed in more than a year that he has been under her care. So we had to drive an hour to pick up the medication that we paid to have conveniently delivered on time on repeat. Bianca couldn’t be bothered and puts the blame off on the pharmacist and FedEx. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience and will be looking for a new provider asap.
