I had a facial with patty a few years ago and it was the most amazing experience. She is super knowledgeable and sweet and catered to sensitive skin. I can not wait to go back again.

First time getting my lips done and I was so nervous about not looking like myself. They listened to everything I was worried about and advised me on the best option for the look I wanted. I absolutely love how they turned out. Highly recommend!

I got the Bella Signature Facial and even tipped, but won't be back. My skin looked no different post-facial and the products used just felt like everyday skincare products. The environment was not spa-like either. When I checked in, late 90s pop music was playing, which was fine but halfway through the facial it was still playing loudly. I don't think the door was shut to the room and someone else (the receptionist?) walked through while I had a mask on opening and shutting other doors. My aesthetician asked if I had filler, I said I didn't and wasn't interested in getting filler. She then proceeded to tell me about how great Botox was and how it could help lift my face. She also tried to sell me some of the products used in the facial. I felt like I was just being talked at. When I checked out, she and the receptionist wanted to schedule me 4 weeks out and I said no thank you. When I got to my car, I saw an email notification that an appointment had already been scheduled, which I then had to cancel. The whole experience felt unprofessional.

First time at Bella MedSpa during their annual toy drive. As soon as you walk in the office, you are greeted with a smile by their professional team. The office is really pretty and aesthetic. I am very happy with my results( lip filer). I would definitely recommend this place any friends and family.

I really wanted to like Bellamed, but the scheduling has been very frustrating. My appointments have been changed or canceled multiple times, even after I drove 40 minutes and left work to be there. What makes it worse is that they could easily check my file before confirming, instead of telling me last minute that I can’t be seen. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling, because this has been very discouraging.
