Before purchasing any lump some products I would verify cancellation and appointment booking criterias. I bought ten massages ...used about three massages. Was never verbally told that my membership had expired until the day of my appointment. Insult to injury I was verbally told I can buy another package🤣 and I would not get my money back. Just be cautious on how they up sell you.. never will tell you about the criterias. I was disappointed in the lack of communication.
