I am disappointed because the cancellation of my appointments were for my birthday in September of last year & they were not my fault. I scheduled my appointments about 6 months beforehand, yet I was cancelled on with little to no notice on all 3 occasions. I even took time out of my busy schedule to drive to your location from Fort Worth & was not contacted or informed at all until the next day that Brianna was not showing up. I was also told that my appointments would still be honored regardless of the timeframe due to the fact that the cancellations/rescheduling was not my doing. Extremely unprofessional & very bad for business. I will not be attempting to reschedule any additional appointments. I have referred you all in the past to friends about your services, but I will no longer be doing that. I would suggest that you all be more transparent & accommodating when dealing with customers who actually want to support you. If I could rate no stars, I would.

Results have been beyond my expectation. Brianna really took time to explain the processes and make me comfortable. I was not expecting many results but I was pleasantly surprised. I lost inches off my waist but the most rewarding has been the cellulite reduction on my legs, I love my legs in shorts now and hated wearing shorts before. She also reduced my saggy upper arms and significantly reduced the crepe look on my lower arms. With the facial I am seeing so much improvement on my lines and my skin looks smooth again. I am so glad I didnt say no!

At first I was really happy to have all my questions and concerns answered. I am giving one star because they lack professionalism. I am very disappointed because my appointment was cancelled by Brianna twice, 15 mins before the appointment.
