Update on 11/1/23. Nicole charged my card a couple of weeks ago and I’ve not received any services from her in a very long time. I followed up with gloss genius and they said they would reach out to her but she didn’t respond. I texted her and she said she would look into it and then never reached back to me or reversed the charge. I’m very disappointed in her and can’t give a good review because of this fraudulent charge on my card.
