Dr. Agarwal is truly excellent. We had a thorough consultation before the procedure, and I’ve completed my first session yesterday. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and very clear in his explanations. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the process. Rachael was also wonderful. She helped with numbing and assisted during the procedure, very kind, attentive, and reassuring. The whole experience felt professional and smooth. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Ashwin Agarwal is an absolutely gem, and the staff in this practice are kind, efficient, and so helpful. Our visits to the office for a variety of needs have been handled so thoughtfully. He is personable, connects with patients, and follows up. He provided great results removing one family member’s skin tag and clearing up my daughter’s acne quickly and with the simplest processes recommended first. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Aggarwal at Dallas Dermatology and Aesthetics. Dr. Aggarwal was able to see my daughter on very short notice, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, patient, and very attentive. He took the time to carefully evaluate my daughter's condition and explained everything in great detail, including the diagnosis, treatment plan, and what we should expect going forward. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Most importantly, he addressed the problem effectively and provided excellent care. I was looking for a different dermatologist. Fortunately for me, I was referred to Dr. Agarwal about four years ago! I have seen a lot of dermatologists in my life, and Dr. Agarwal is second to none! He’s an excellent dermatologist, with a calming demeanor! He’s also very talented at performing cosmetic procedures! I have been going to Dr. Agarwal for about 2 years now. He has removed two concerning spots ( back and face) with no pain or scars and has recommended treatments to keep my skin looking its best. He has a great bedside manner and I would highly recommend him for any dermatological needs. His staff is also top notch and always greet me with kindness and respect.

He was really nice and attentive. However the office is extremely difficult. I was an established patient and trying to get a follow up appointment had to be booked up to 2 months ahead. I recently called with an emergent issue, they could not get me in or scheduled. I requested that the Dr recommended another Derm. Never heard back from them. Go elsewhere. Your response is not completely accurate. I requested a referral to another derm and was never called back. And yes I could not make the 11am appointment. I’m a teacher and was heading to class. Honestly you guys failed on this and should just fess up. Your response was a bit uncalled for.
