Joilette’s lab was very clean, she was very friendly and took her time to explain the non-disclosure I had to sign and also explain each process and why it was needed. She will always make sure I was comfortable and the results at the end were above my expectations. I would recommend her any day and she is also incredibly affordable. What I loved about her was the fact that she is passionate about what she does, she knows her stuff and she guides you through the healing process and what you will expect. I love my brows!!

Rude & unprofessional. I would not recommend getting your brows done by her. She’s also bad at communicating. Also does brows out of her house & not in a salon. Save your money & go to someone who’s kinder.

What a great experience this was. I absolutely enjoyed my session and love my brows even more. This is my second time at having my brows done, by two different techs. This time by far was a completely different outcome. Ben was very welcoming, explaining everything in detail, was patient and we enjoyed some good laughs. It's day 3 and I can't stop looking in the mirror bc I finally feel like my every day face is finally complete with some beautiful brows. I hv already told at least 4 ppl who plan to book soon. Thank you so much!!!

Ben is very professional. Her and her sister are so sweet!! The view from her place is amazing!! The first few days I was not loving my brows but I knew I had to trust the process. Tomorrow will be a week I got them done and all I can say is my eyebrows on flick!! They look so good! Thank you for your work and I look forward to seeing you for my touch up.
