Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Justine is the sweetest, most gentle, genuine, and honest soul you could ever trust with your aesthetic needs. She took her time explaining everything in depth and made sure I fully understood what I was getting. She was so supportive throughout the entire process of my smooth threads, checking in with me and making sure I was comfortable. What I appreciated most is that she never pressured me into anything I did not want or tried to upsell me. She truly listened to my wants and needs and followed through on exactly that, and I am so grateful.
