I’ve been seeing Dr Kassir for laser hair removal and him and his entire staff have been phenomenal! The treatment has been absolutely painless! Dr Kassir is very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. His assistant Kim makes you feel so comfortable. I have had a very pleasant few visits in his office and I am always happy to come back!

Dr. Kassir and his staff are awesome! I have struggled with acne for several years and never had amazing results from past dermatologists that I have been to, nor did they seem to really listen to how I was feeling about a treatment. A family friend referred me about a year and a half ago and I have actually seen awesome results! Dr. Kassir takes the time to explain my treatments and listens to what I have to say about them, which is huge for me. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Kassir and his entire staff!!! I love this whole team -- Kim and Kristen are amazing! I am a 58 year old woman and I have never encountered a Doctor that is so attentive, caring, knowledgeable and helpful! I am so thankful to have found Dr Kassir and his team. I have been seeing Dr Kassir for 6 months for a series of red light LED treatments and cortisone injections as part of the corrective procedures necessary for a botched chemical peel treatment done by a "top rated dermatologist" in Dallas. (The prior Dr that did the damage apparently didn't know what she was doing and I was left with horrible burns and permanent scarring all over my nose, chin, lips and cheeks. It was devastating and I couldn't wear make up or go out in public for months!) Dr Kassir started me on a steady series of LED treatments to help reduce the inflammation and redness. He didn't try to upsell me a lot of expensive products or additional treatments. Even though I was eager to do corrective treatments, he explained the reason to go slowly and reduce the inflammation first so that additional damage wouldn't be incurred from being too aggressive. He spent a lot of time assuring me about his recommended path of treatment, in depth explanations of the skin's healing process and he gave me encouragement that I would start to see some progress. He took extensive pictures of me the first day of treatment and after two months we compared another round of pictures. I burst into tears when I saw that I had actually improved with his help and hugged his entire staff with tears streaming down my face. It's going to be a long recovery for me with many more treatments of cortisone injections (I've already had over 100 in my face), laser treatments and LED treatments. I can't imagine a more caring Doctor to partner with for my recovery! I just can't recommend Dr Kassir more highly and I value him immensely!! He was highly recommended to me as an expert in corrective procedures and lasers but he would be a fabulous doctor to turn to for advice for any dermatology needs. He is considered a worldwide expert and travels to many different countries to give seminars and share his knowledge on laser treatments, scar reduction and many other important topics. He's published over 80 different articles.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door at Kassir Dermatology. Dr Kassir is friendly and very knowledgeable. He is someone who pays attention to his client's needs and that made me feel comfortable. His staff is also friendly and supportive. Very unethical practice. Dr Kassir took my payment knowing very well he was not equipped to properly take care of my concern. My first question when I called was, “do you treat venous lake?” (A venous lake is a very small pooling from a vein.) The answer was yes. I asked again at the appointment prior to Dr Kassir coming in. The answer again was yes; the assistant did go ask the doctor to confirm. Once the doctor came in, he did a short exam and ended up telling me their laser machine was down and there was an ongoing electrical malfunction in their building so I would have to come back. That along with the electric lock on their door (you have to be buzzed in and out) should have been enough for me to know better than to proceed. I did go back for my second appointment but it was a complete waste of time. I was asked to make yet another appointment. When questioned, the doctor finally told me he doesn’t have the type of laser needed. He should have told me that from the beginning but he chose to waste my time and money instead.
