I first came to Alchemy about a year ago in preparation for my wedding. I deal with sensitive, acne-prone skin and really wanted to establish a routine to help me feel confident on my wedding day. I've been going to see Holly consistently for a year and she had transformed my skin! She is kind, warm, professional, and seriously gives the BEST treatments I've ever experienced. She goes above and beyond to make your experience relaxing and rejuvenating. I'm a loyal client now and cannot recommend Alchemy / Holly enough :)

I have been in my healing girl/glow up era & found Alchemy Face Bar on instagram a couple of months ago. I moved here from St. Louis this past January and my skin has definitely struggled going from a humid to a predominantly dry climate. I booked the radiant resurfacing facial and added the gua sha, eyebrow wax, and collagen mask with Giselle & oh my gosh—one Giselle was amazing, she is so so kind. Two, My skin also looks incredible! I don’t think it has ever looked this rejuvenated and glowy in my life!! I am so so happy & I will definitely be coming back. Finally found my new esthetician here in CO, and I’m so excited. If you’re considering coming here—I wouldn’t even hesitate. Just book it :)

The new location is beautiful. However, the road noise, upbeat music and brightness of the facial area make it a bit harder to relax than it used to be. I feel like when I started going to alchemy, it was a quiet relaxing area and now it doesn’t feel that way so much anymore. The other comment I have is how inconsistent certain services are based on who you get, a dermaplane is usually different based on who I see. If they include nose, neck, overall quality of the dermaplane really varies.

Tipping Culture Gone Wild! I went in for Botox a few months ago and was surprised when the provider recommended over 60 units—the highest I’ve ever been told in 10 years of treatments. At $13 per unit, that’s extremely expensive, especially since most clinics lower the price per unit as volume goes up. I figured maybe it would last longer, and since the location was convenient, I gave it a try. To my surprise, the injections were done out in the open next to other clients, not in a private treatment room. That has never happened to me before. While the provider herself was nice, the real issue came at checkout. The receptionist turned the iPad around and said, “You can ignore the 20% and 25%, most people just tip $1 per unit.” I was stunned. Never once in all my years of Botox have I been asked—let alone pressured—to tip for a medical procedure. Between the unusually high unit recommendation, inflated pricing, lack of privacy, and the pushy tipping culture, I will not be returning.

Doing anything for the first time is nerve wracking, and I’m so glad I chose Alchemy for my first facial. I follow simple skincare and am not knowledgeable about skin services, but by the end, I felt educated on my needs. Amanda was welcoming and took her time with every step. She walked me through the process as the session went on, which helped me feel more at ease. After my session was complete, she provided insight on my current skin needs, along with a sample of the product she thinks will help me most as I expand my skincare routine. In addition to the wonderful team, the decor is relaxing and elegant. I could not ask for a better first experience and I look forward to coming back soon!

I absolutely love Alchemy! Today I went to the highlands location & seen Jennifer. She was incredible! Very informative & knowledgeable. My skin feels amazing & I would highly recommend the golden glow. My skin feels very nourished. The Alchemy signature has always been my favorite of your deciding on which one to try start there.
