I had my first lash lift and tint in March with Sasha and it was great! She did such a good job and my lashes looked amazing. I scheduled another appointment with Sasha a couple months later. Last minute (less than 24 hours) my appointment was changed to a different technician and I couldn’t reschedule or cancel without paying a fee. I was scheduled with Randi and decided to go. This was a much different experience. It took less than half the time and my waterline was burning most of the appointment. My lashes came out a mess. Even with lots of brushing my eyelashes are going in totally different directions making it look like i’m missing chunks of lash. I don’t understand why appointments can be changed by the business last minute at the price of the client.

I have been tinting my eyelashes for a long time and its rare that someone can consistently do it without causing burning and irritation to the eyes, but Charlotte succeeds every time! She's truly one of the very best and makes everything super easy and comfortable. The tint always looks great and I always walk away without needing to rise my eyes at all. On top of that she's a lovely person with a kind and caring disposition who I always look forward to seeing. Thank you Charlotte!

I’ve been going to Katie for wax services for a while now and I’ve always had a great experience. The location is always clean and relaxing. Katie does a good job at making you feel comfortable even with more intimate waxing services and she is very thorough. 10/10 recommend booking with Katie.
