I have been going to Joann for almost 20 years now… I started in my early 30s. Back then, Botox wasn’t nearly as pervasive as it is now and injecting “poison”into my face felt scary, so I really liked the fact that she was a longtime nurse with a lot of experience using Botox on MS patients. Since then, I’ve had friends get into the field and have offered me special Introductory prices, etc… but I keep going back to Joann because I TRUST her…. nobody has more experience than she does, she offers a fair price, and this is her only focus/ business. She’s also very quick, reliable, and has a straightforward, friendly “bedside” manner. She never tries to upsell me, although I’m looking forward to trying some injectables once I get my kids through college and I know I’m in great hands with Joann.

I’ve gone to JoAnn for years to get Dysport injections for the ugly “11” lines between my eyes. She is always upbeat, on time and professional. I also like that she has multiple locations that can fit my schedule depending upon where I am in the city I love her service and highly recommend her!

My husband and I saw Joann today for our first time. She is amazing. She said, "I cannot work miracles," but actually, she can. Her work is subtle and keeps your natural look with a huge improvement. Highly recommend Joann's services!
