I love Beauty Refined! I've been seeing Avery for a few years now and my skin has never been better. She's extremely knowledgeable, gets to know your unique skin needs, and makes every treatment so relaxing. She always helps me decide the best product mix for my skin and patiently answers all my questions. Whether it's a facial, peel, microneedling, etc., I've loved every service I've had. Likewise, I go to Annette for my botox and she does an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about Beauty Refined.

The environment she has created is so welcoming. Each treatment feels luxurious! She always explains the process and never pushes unnecessary products or treatments. I absolutely love this medspa. I have seen Lindsey and Annette for anti-aging and laser hair reduction treatments, and I’ve been very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and patient care. I would absolutely recommend!

I got Botox with Meredith and she was incredible! She took her time, explained what she was doing and made it a seamless experience. I even had a follow up to make sure I was happy with the results and to do more if needed (which I didn’t). Everyone In the office was kind and welcoming. Johanna is absolutely incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and consistently goes out of her way to make sure I receive the best care and feel comfortable throughout treatment. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients. Over the past 12 years, I’ve seen many injectors, but Johanna stands out above them all. She was especially cautious and thorough when I needed treatment while on a steroid for colitis. Before even meeting in person, Johanna spoke with me over the phone several times to make sure I had all the information I needed. At my appointment this week, we chose not to proceed with treatment at this time, yet she still devoted a full hour to carefully reviewing additional options to address my concerns. Her commitment and generosity with her time truly stand out. That level of dedication and concern is rare, and it built a trust I’ve never experienced with any other injector. Her work is nothing short of amazing. She tailors every treatment to your face and your goals, and the results are beautiful and natural. I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend Johanna if you want the very best care and results.
