Dr. Cote and his assistant Emily were fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. I got my first lip injections and i was super nervous. They both made me feel very comfortable and had great bedside manner. My lips turned out perfect and i could not ask for a better results. I will definitely be going back and referring everyone i know.

I have 2 reviews: 1. Kerry is Amazing! She does my filler and Botox. She does a great job! If you have ever heard that filler injections are painful, my experience with Kerry has been the exact opposite. She takes great measures to ensure she makes you as comfortable as possible and it’s not nearly as uncomfortable as you would expect! The Botox injections are even easier. She is wonderful especially if you are getting treatments for the first time. She knows her stuff and can make great recommendations. You won’t be disappointed. Plus the office staff are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend their services!! 2. I went in for a consultation. Julie greeted me with a warm hello and kept me company as I waited just a short time for Dr. Cote. Dr. Cote was also very friendly and easy to speak with. He understood my objective and offered additional information as well as very patiently answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a great visit. I felt comfortable and welcomed by all parties. Julie is just lovely, she will make you feel important and valued! I haven’t made a final decision yet, but I feel like I’d be in good care should I decide to confirm their services.

I had my rhinoplasty done in December 2023 by Dr. Cote. I went in to The consultation with a certain image in mind. Dr. Cote understood what I was asking for but also gave me constructive feedback on what would best fit my face shape. He did not sugarcoat any thing, I am thankful as this is something very important and permanent. We worked together to find the best fit and he was very helpful. I am now almost 3 months post surgery and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The results are better than the image I originally imagined. I highly recommend anyone who is looking into rhinoplasty, to look into Face First. I was treat with such love and respect by staff, I also received a detox facial, which was also so amazing!

We've worked with FacesFirst twice for both our son and later our daughter when they were newborns. Although our request was cosmetic in nature, both of our children had great outcomes with the non-surgical EarWell treatment. Our son had a slight flop at the top of his ear, and our daughter had somewhat pointy ears. After just 5-6 weeks, the EarWell perfectly rounded out their ears. When infants are this young, the cartilage in their ears is still developing so it is a *perfect* time to help shape their ears. So many adults are self-conscious about their ears, nose, etc., and we wanted to help our children avoid this concern while avoiding unnecessary surgery. We highly recommend the EarWell treatment to any parent of a newborn.

I chose Dr. Cote because he’s double board-certified in both ENT and facial plastic surgery — something his office proudly promotes. I expected that level of credentialing to mean high standards of care. It did not. After two years of giving Dr. Cote the opportunity to take accountability and resolve an issue caused by his oversight, I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite my clearly documented adhesive allergy — noted in my medical chart and on my medical alert bracelet — Dr. Cote used liquid adhesive on my face during a procedure, triggering a severe allergic reaction. The swelling was extreme, and the aftermath has caused lasting changes to the tip of my nose. Instead of addressing the issue and prioritizing my well-being, he appeared more focused on protecting himself legally. During a follow-up visit, when I raised concerns about the visible damage, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the issue, he brushed it off, suggesting I focus on skincare and see one of the office’s aestheticians — completely ignoring the fact that the reaction stemmed from a documented medical allergy. He never took responsibility, offered no meaningful solutions, and made me feel like I was imagining the problem. I’ve been patient and tried to handle this professionally. But it’s clear he has no intention of making things right. After this experience, I would never return to Dr. Cote for any reason. The lack of accountability and dismissive bedside manner made it clear that patient care is not the priority.

My son had septorhinoplasty surgery done during the summer of 2024 and he couldn't be happier. Dr Cote spent several visits with us prior to surgery to make certain that he understood what my son was looking for and helping him to understand the limitations of what he could do surgically. Upon waking from surgery, my son took in a deep breath through his nose, celebrating a level of oxygen in his system that he couldn't ever remember having. On top of that, Dr Cote's skilled surgical abilities left him with only an exterior cast, no packing in his nostrils and only 2 days of bruising. He followed all of the post-op instructions as directed and had minimal pain and a great result. The rhinoplasty corrected all of his cosmetic concerns brought about by the deviated septum resulting in him feeling more confident with an increased self-esteem and outlook on life.
