Rick was really attentive and listened to what my frustrations were. He helped me customize a workout plan and continues to educated me along the way about strength training, how much or how little cardio, nutrition and body image. I appreciate his fun and easy-going personality and his approach to fitness. Thanks for making my time in the gym fun again!! I now, once again, look forward to my workout.
