If you are looking for the absolute best nurse aesthetic injector in the Denver metro area, you need to book with Megan Welsh! She is a genius! After years of getting Botox and Dysport elsewhere, switching to her at Injector 5280 was the best decision I’ve made for my skin. Megan listens intently and dials your treatment plan in immediately. She understands facial anatomy perfectly and mastered my protocol in just two appointments. We just did under-eye Jelly Roll Botox to fix my lower lid crinkling. She was wonderfully transparent about the potential for temporary puffiness, but by day six, it already looks smoother and I have experienced no puffiness at all. She’s phenomenal at looking at overall facial symmetry, and adapting the injection placement and the amounts to help with small problem areas like jowls, platysmal bands, etc. I have also done Sculptra and chin shadowing filler with Megan. She’s just as precise and talented with fillers as she is with Botox and Dysport. It looks absolutely amazing. She really gives you a holistic & subtle facial overhaul. Megan is in a league of her own-I can’t recommend her more highly! Also worth mentioning -The med spa itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is all amazing and they have plenty of parking:)

She explained a few very specific, targeted treatment options to me in the mirror and somehow still made me feel good about myself, rather than hitting on an insecurity. I think Sari takes a lot of pride in the quality of her work, and she is genuinely excited to help her clients achieve the best results. All of that -added to how clearly she explained products and procedures, expectations and after care- made for a really comfortable and informative experience. I should add that the Injector5280 office is beautifully decorated and always clean. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable. To mitigate the price of the treatments, they offer fantastic promotions on products that pair well together. The prices for “tox” options seem to be very fair here, if not better than other places in Denver. Importantly, I’ve found that they will work with you to help you stay within budget. If you are looking for a med spa in Denver, Injector5280 is the best!
