This is my first dermaplaning treatment and I absolutely loved it! The staff is very kind and helpful. I called a few days prior with questions and they were more than happy to answer them for me. The day of my appointment, I arrived 15 min early just in case I had to fill out extra paperwork, and despite my early arrival, I did not have to wait long. Jalaah brought me upstairs not even 10 minutes after my arrival. My experience was amazing! Jalaah was thorough with the consultation and made me feel extremely comfortable. We laughed, we joked, but we also discussed all of my skin concerns as well as spoke about products that could possibly help. She gave me detailed information about each product we were using that day and what they do and promote. The cleansing was very relaxing, and the dermaplaning itself was not painful or irritating. Jalaah took her time and paid attention to my needs, and even though I had a groupon, I did not feel cheated or like I received mediocre service. At the end of the service, I was not pressured to purchase any products, packages, services, or anything of the sort, which is very important to me. I did, however, schedule my next appointment because I enjoyed this one so much! As far as products, they have quite a bit to choose from if one is interested. They seem to have almost everything to target any problem. Laser Loft is simply incredible and I really enjoyed the experience! I'm already looking forward to my next service next month!
