The space is absolutely pristine, cozy, and very comfortable — it immediately puts you at ease. The staff spent all the time needed to answer my questions, not just about the procedure I was having, but also about other treatments I might consider in the future. Nothing felt rushed at any point. Brooke Buchanan , PA-C, who did my treatment, was amazing. She was professional, kind, and really knowledgeable. I appreciated that she was completely honest about what would and wouldn’t work for me — no upselling or pressure at all, just genuine care and expertise.
