I was recently assigned a VA DBQ at this location, and I have to say—this was by far the most professional, respectful, and genuinely comfortable DBQ experience I’ve had in the past five years. And trust me, I’ve been through quite a few. From the moment I walked in, Ms. James made me feel at ease. She didn’t just go through the motions—she actually listened, took thoughtful notes, and treated me with the kind of care and respect that every Veteran deserves but doesn’t always get. As a Veteran, it means a lot to know that people like Ms. James are out there handling these important evaluations. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism and compassion. If I could give more than an A++++, I would. Highly recommended.
