So far I love my shoe inserts, they are so comfortable and I’m sure will ease my hip and back pain. The store’s representative was very helpful and explained the “custom feet” process to me to help me under my condition better. Happy customer!

Went in for a promotion for a hydrafacial. The esthetician did not make feel comfortable but we decided to do a hyrafacial....and machine suddenly was not working.....no solution no other offer so I left with nothing done nor at this point did i want amything else done. Sorry to say from the beginning not professional or a place I would go back to for my skin.

Vera is the gem of this place! I don’t think I would ever visit this studio if she didn’t work here. She is incredibly professional — gave me an amazing facial, shared great skincare recommendations, and was super friendly and communicative. When she started massaging my face and neck, I didn’t want it to stop — I’d honestly pay extra for that part! 🥲 I purchased a package here and have my fingers crossed that Vera stays, because if she ever leaves, I won’t come back! She also recommended I try Cryo. At first, I didn’t believe it would help — I thought only surgery or injections could make a difference. But when I came home after just one Cryo session, I was shocked! The angle of my face became sharp and lifted, no sagging at all, and my jawline looked so defined! If that’s the result after one treatment, I can’t imagine what will happen next! Definitely coming back again and again — 1000/10 recommend! 💖

This store is very cool. Lots of high-tech gadgets to relieve tension and stress like heating pads, massage guns, tens units, massage chairs, etc. They also make custom insoles in the store using a foot scanner. Gina is an incredible salesperson - excellent customer service. She has a warm and inviting demeanor. She listens and offers the best solution with a lot of great information. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This was my second visit with Cholpon, and once again it was absolutely worth the drive. I did cryo along with a deep cleansing and lifting facial, and my skin looked tighter, refreshed, and noticeably brighter. The treatment is thorough and results-driven — not just a relaxing facial that does nothing. It’s about an hour away from me, but I keep coming back because the results speak for themselves. If you want real skin improvements, Cholpon delivers.

This is my second purchase package for this location. I have truly enjoyed the customer service and most of all the results. I’ve struggled with my skin care and (Jackie) has been the most knowledgeable skin care aesthetician. Her knowledge and care has exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first, but after the first 10 sessions I had to continue. Can’t give this location enough shout outs for their level of care and expertise.
