Even though I live in Los Angeles Dr Michael is worth the Travel. Not only is he a well studied, top quality surgeon. His Passion for wanting to make you feel and look better is second to none. He treats each person as his one and only. He does not try and do dramatic changes. Dr Michael gives you what you want and brings out the best of all your unique features. I recently had a tummy tuck and liposuction at Le Spa plastic surgery, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Dr. Mike Frederick is an incredible surgeon who made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns, which really put me at ease. Selena was fantastic with the financial details, ensuring everything was clear and manageable. She was always available to help with any questions I had about the costs and payment options. Maria, the nurse, was so caring and attentive during my recovery. Dr. Michael Frederick did my surgery when he was at Hass. He did like on my back and thighs and it turned out horrible. I back and thighs were uneven, and one of my thighs had an area that he totally missed. So I went back to show him the area and even his nurse agreed and said they could do something that freezes the fat and skin tightening, but he refused to do anything and sent me away With my deformities that I am living with today. So I went to him so I could put on a bathing suit a comfortable in my skin and now I’m covered up for more than ever because of his Horrible work. I do not recommend this doctor for anyone because when he makes mistakes, she doesn’t wanna fix them. Find somebody else who will do it correct from the beginning. Make sure you do your research.😡

I had liposuction on my stomach and hips in October 2024, and on my upper back in April 2025. My experience at Le Spa was wonderful. Dr. Frédéric is very funny. He talked to me throughout the procedure and made me laugh. His healthcare team is exceptional: professional, respectful, and competent. If I had to do it again, I will trust my cosmetic surgery to Le Spa without hesitation. I recommend that anyone who wants to do liposuction, schedule a consultation at Le Spa before having the procedure done anywhere else.
