My husband and I have visited Life Stream Spa twice, and both experiences were amazing. The massages were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the care and professionalism in everything they do. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful overall experience.

Lifestream is the kind of place you walk into and immediately feel your shoulders drop. The environment is calm, beautifully designed, and not rushed, not commercial, just peaceful. What makes the experience truly special is the leadership behind it. Owners Michael and Sonja have created something more than just a spa — they’ve built a space centered on care, quality, and well-being. Their attention to detail shows in everything from the atmosphere to the professionalism of the staff.

Unbelievable a hidden gem. You must do yourself a huge favor and go to Lifestream Spa. Clean, friendly, professional and such a treat. Makes an amazing gift to someone. I treated my sissy and I to a day of amazing pampering! Had a full day, massage, salt room, cheese/fruit spreads/crackers. New U Facials. Very reasonable priced especially if your new to the spa. Great deals. TOTALLY AMAZING. My sissy and I have already recommended friends must go!

This was my first visit to Lifestream Spa, and it was such a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Carla was incredibly attentive and kind. I highly recommend booking with her! Every detail of the spa feels thoughtful and beautifully curated, which really enhances the overall atmosphere. It did take me a few extra minutes to find the location, so I suggest arriving a little early. But once you’re there, you won’t want to leave!

This is my go to spa for so many services. My family got me a gift certificate so I'll be coming back for more services soon. The 45 minute salt room was a great added feature after a much needed massage and foot treatment. Always a fun idea with your partner or with friends too as we've made it a girl's spa day before. They recently moved to an A1A location in the Berkley South Building so check it out!

We had such a lovely experience here. It was just what we needed to end our vacation before we had our flight. The massage and facial were both incredibly relaxing, and the team made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We spent some time in the salt room before our treatments, and it was the perfect, peaceful way to start everything off. Everything felt calm, warm, and very thoughtful. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and truly relaxed. We’d definitely come back again. 💆‍♀️✨ will return!

This Spa is a dream come true. I am very lucky. I live in the building where they are located. I can’t believe it took me a few years to discover them. The ambiance is easy, soothing, and relaxing the moment you walk in. Perfect sounds for a spa, beautiful videos. Wonderful people, eager to please. And most importantly, the massage was one of the best I have ever had. I plan to become a member.

Thanks to the entire staff, I had a relaxing spa day for my birthday 9/5... Loved the cute shoes and complimentary drinks. The hour massage and facial was so amazing and refreshing. 10/10 I will definitely bring my husband, see yall soon!
