I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The front desk is so amazing and friendly and couldn’t ask for better staff there. I had surgery with Dr Hedieh in 2021 and she was very understanding and cared about the look I was going for. Now Shilene, she is AMAZING. I had my lips done with her and I don’t think I have ever met someone who is there to want to understand you and help You achieve the exact look you’re looking for. When I say I love everyone there I mean EVERYONE. Best experience yet.🤍

Absolutely love the professionalism, quality of care, and service at Dr. Hedieh’s! The office staff is always welcoming and provides excellent customer service when checking in/out of appts, I’ve received multiple rounds of lip filler from Shilene and I’m always happy with the results! She is super personable, meticulous, and most talented! Make sure to sign up for their app so you get updated on their exclusive specials/events! Such a life (and money) saver!

Simply love this place and all their staff. Facials with Stefani are the best, she is so attentive and really thorough. I tried the VI peel and highly recommend. My teenage daughter had a hydra facial and loves the results - thank you to all the staff for always being so kind and welcoming

UPDATE I had my surgery and love my results!!!! Dr. Hedieh is truly an artist with her stitch work because my incisions are so fine and you can see her attention to detail. The staff was incredible from start to finish. I never felt like I was in it alone and any questions I had I always got an answer! I was so worried about my implant size and listen to Dr. Hedieh because she knows what’s going to look best! Thank you to the whole team and Dr. giving me, me back. After having 4 kids I felt like I lost myself in motherhood. I finally feel confident again and finally can look in the mirror and like the body that I see back. Thank you!!! I have my surgery in 2 months but I just want to say my experience thus far has been nothing but excellent. She is very transparent and the staff is amazing!!! When I went to other places they acted like a dirty car salesman wanted me to decide on the spot. Dr. Heidi and her team understood that this was a big decision and gave me the time and information I needed to move forward. I never have a hard time reaching someone and all my questions are always addressed. I feel confident that I am in good hands!

I scheduled a VI peel as I noticed uneven pigmentation on my face. There was no discomfort during the procedure and post treatment was easy to follow. The peeling process took a week and was not as bad as I thought it would be. The result was favorable as dark spots had diminished. I just had my second procedure as I felt it was needed to obtain a more even skin tone, and I cannot wait to see the results.

Had such a wonderful experience with Dr Hedi and her office. Was shopping around for a tummy tuck and all her staff were all so friendly and Dr was so sweet and very confident in giving me the results I wanted. And she definitely delivered! On surgery day, which is conveniently located in her office, everyone was kind and comforting because I was so nervous. I am so happy with my results and the experience was so pleasant during the entire process.

I was recently asked if my eyelashes were real because they are long with a nice curl. I said yes and offered Stefani’s contact info. A friend said I looked well rested and wondered how I managed my busy life. Again, Stefani helps me with that!! The Oxygen Facial is amazing, the eyelashes are real and the care she has taken to get to know me and my self-care goals makes me feel warm and comfortable. I never leave the office before making my next appointment! I highly recommend the whole team at WPS!!

I went to Shilene for lip filler and Botox. I have been to two other injectors in town and she is by far the best! She took the time to really assess what I wanted and ensured that I was 100% happy! It was also virtually painless with the numbing cream which was amazing.

I’ve known Stef for a while before she became an Esthetician and she is an AMAZING woman! She is so welcoming and personable. She makes you feel right at home. And now that is an Esthetician, you can tell how much she values what she does in her services! I HIGHLY recommend Stef!

I have been to Dr. Hedi's office for botox, Genevieve, and an implant exchange and every time I go I am incredibly impressed with how polite, kind, and professional everyone is. The nurses and staff are amazing and I really love Dr. Hedi. With the implant exchange she made me feel very comfortable and eased any nervousness with her knowledge and experience; I knew I was going to be in good hands. And it turned out even better than I was expecting - she works magic! I would definitely recommend her office if you're looking for any of this kind of work to be done.
