Went in for the first time. The deal I got was $199, and I was told it included a full consultation, 1 Cryo-slimming permanent fat reduction treatment in my area of choice, and 1 mini Cryo facial (total 1 hour and 30 mins). When I arrived, the girl helping me seemed unknowledgeable ( in her early 20s). She doesn't seem familiar with Cryo. She kept on saying, "I'm so sorry-I'm all over the place." My session was no less than 30mins. I was out of the place within 45 minutes. To top it off, I didn't get my mini Cyro facial. The girl annoyed me enough that I didn't want to stay longer. First and Last! I can look for another place.

I went to Fresno beauty bar,OMG The owner Staffny was really nice,gave us good services. Staff is very helpful and they know what they are doing. I would recommend everyone to give it try to their services. This is my third sitting and. I've felt the difference in my first sitting. They are very friendly but very professional.

Very poor customer service and knowledge of products. Technician could not verbally explain how her device was heated or what technology it used to heat or cool their device. I don't trust business like this, as they appear to be trying to make money with bogus machines that promise results. I'll save my money.

The ladies that work at the Beauty Bar are so friendly and nice. They were very professional, and I enjoyed the treatment that I went through. I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody.

I had an amazing experience at Fresno Beauty Bar! I was blown away by the staff, Stephanie is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable before my Cryo slimming and facial treatment by answering all of the questions I had. I highly recommend this spa!
