Finally, you make an appointment at a doctor’s office and you actually see the doctor! The front office was friendly, MA/PA knowledgeable and the doctor actually sat down and listened, explained the issue and what the next steps where in a clear manner. I haven’t experienced a doctor’s office this attentive and thorough in a very long time, the way medicine used to be!!!

My experience here was very satisfying! They were very helpful, polite, and experienced. I had an excellent experience and would suggest this facility to anyone new.

Dr. Mullens is a great doctor. I appreciate his effective and efficient approach to treating my child’s skin condition. I have been to numerous dermatologists whom required either biweekly or monthly appointments to get refills. Dr Mullens has prescribed medications that work, and provides the necessary refills. Thankful to have found this practice.

Dr Mullen and assistants were great. Front desk could have been better. Did not get my prescription sent to my pharmacy for a week and no response to the pharmacy when they called. Finally got the meds yesterday. Scheduled my suture removal in Scottsdale, had to call to change it to Gilbert. Can’t make it to Scottsdale on my lunch break. You’ll do better next time. Thanks.

I liked the office and the staff were night but I waited more than 45 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back to a room

I’m incredibly frustrated, Friday I had stitches out, after having to get my appointment rescheduled the day of. I was told to come back Monday for a wound check. I left work early again to have an assistant take a photo have someone outside of the office look at it and say yeah, take more of an antibiotic you’ve already told us doesn’t work for you. I could have sent a picture in the app, in fact I did send a picture and no one responded. This is not the first time something like this has happened here. Dr Mullins does a good job and I enjoyed him, but it’s at least the fifth time taken off work and driving out to be looked at for two seconds and being told “looks like the antibiotics didn’t work here’s more”. 2nd time I’ve had a photo taken and then shown to someone else that doesn’t even look at me

If you need a knowledgeable and kind dermatologist with the most cheery and attentive staff, look no further because you’ve found the place and the doc in Dr. Dustin Mullins! They got me into the office in a timely manner, treated me with respect, explained everything in a way that was thorough and educational yet comforting in a time of anxiety. Not only that, but they did this all efficiently, even sending me with a couple sunscreen samples on my way out that let me try a LRP product I had been eyeing anyways. 12/10–will recommend them forever bc it was such an excellent experience. The specialty pharmacy they work with was also communicative and professional. Literally no complaints here. Make an appointment with Dr. Mullins or one of his colleagues…you won’t regret it!

Dr. Mullens is very kind and compassionate with his patient. While he was busy working on the surgery,, he tried to calm my husband's anxiety and fear by asking questions that my husband seems to be interested in. By the time that conversation was over. The surgery was done! Genius move! Veronica, Dr Mullen's assistant is very kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. We are very grateful for her help.

My mother-in-law who is (almost) 95 was treated with such respect during her appointment. She’s been to a lot of dermo doctors throughout her lifetime and she felt so welcomed, understood,, and respected. Thank you Dr. Mullens and staff. <3
