Had another blood draw this morning and felt like leaving a review because I am nearing my first year with this office, and I can honestly say it’s been life changing. For the past several years, every other doctor brushed off my symptoms because of my age and activity level. They were not even doing full blood panels for me despite my complaints. Things got so bad I found myself venting to anyone who would listen before finally being referred here. Yep, I was insufferable some days. From my very first appointment, where Dr. Bob sat down with me for nearly an hour (which is unheard of these days!), he actually listened. *cue the angels singing* He took my concerns seriously, didn’t make me feel ridiculous, and pinpointed exactly what was going on which ultimately led me to the path of getting a real diagnosis. Because of the team here, I finally have all my energy back, I can sleep well, all of my body’s systems are functioning normally again, I feel like myself and I truly have my life back. Communication is excellent and easy, the office vibe is always friendly, plus I can go here for primary care. I’m truly so grateful. Finally, a big shoutout to Colbi and Alana! They both have the gentlest touch ever when drawing blood and are lovely humans to start any day with. You are in good hands here, whoever you get to see!
