I had laser hair removal, laser spot treaeants for facial blood vessels and hyperpigmentation. Little stinging zaps, but well trained professionals and top of the line equipment. After being on hold and multiple phone calls, I ended up getting an appointment that was four months out and they said they would put me on the cancellation list.And that there was a few in front of me, which is completely reasonable.I cannot imagine there not being a few cancellations in four months my appointment's today and less than a week.Ago, they sent me an email that had paperwork to fill out which is normal as part of that paperwork.You need to sign a piece of paper that said you would put a certain percentage down, and no matter what they are gonna determine a copay for you.Now, this concerns me, considering that we pay a lot for an insurance.That doesn't have a deductible and doesn't have a copay for a reason.This was an unexpected cost which I am not looking forward to

I met with Kylie to have a MOXI laser facial treatment done and I truly walked away more knowledgeable and with a plan I’m excited to pursue. This office is equipped with great laser technology but that doesn’t matter if the laser tech isn’t knowledgeable or experienced. Kylie knows everything and more about lasers and protocols and I felt so safe with her treatment despite being prone to pigmentation. Her guidance was clear, straightforward, and reassuring and I know I’ll get the best outcome with my skin following her instructions. Kylie is a rare gem and everyone should see her for their aesthetic needs!

Writing this review for my husband who had his eye muscle fixed two weeks ago. Dr Garcia did an Excellent job! His eye had drooped due to muscle weakening after retina surgery 8 years ago. The surgery was relatively quick and painless. Of course, everyone heals at different rates; his eye healed quickly with minimal swelling and visibly no bruising. He looks normal again! Ann the surgery scheduler is very helpful and was great to work with. The doctor has a very busy schedule so we had to schedule out a few months but maybe because she is that good she has a lot of people coming to her. The office staff is friendly and the office clean and well organized. Dr Garcia is professional and friendly; and, is an Excellent surgeon.
