I had a lovely experience with EGO medical. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and had great energy. I loved that they provided me with a complementary drink ( that never hurts lol). After my treatment the staff checked on my progress the next day to see how I was doing. Over all a great experience.

So disappointed at this place. I don’t know why I even consider coming back to them. They said that they will accommodate my schedule and have an injector on Mondays that never happened when I spoke to the manager all she had to say is to sell me more treatments. They canceled my appointment and then I received a phone call saying that they were gonna charge me $100 for not showing up. Every time I come in, they have a different story and prices don’t I’m feed up with this place. I was told I had 2 treatment left when I wanted to reschedule the last one they said that I had no more treatments left. This place is so unprofessional management and receptionist. When I asked to speak to a manager once again, according to them, she was in a meeting. I just wondered one meeting because my entire staff was in the front desk.

Roxanna is the only person I trust for my injections. She’s precise, professional, and always gives me amazing results. Her technique and understanding is top tier. Jordan is amazing for facials! Every time I see her, my skin feels refreshed and glowing. I can’t recommend them enough!

EGO does a great job of pampering its clients. The services are done very professionally and the follow up is great. I’ve had multiples procedures done and I will return for more in the future. I think Jordan does a fabulous job for EGO.
