We had such a wonderful experience with Ivy! My daughter got a piercing and Ivy was incredibly sweet, calming, patient, and comforting from start to finish. She took her time and made my daughter feel completely at ease, explaining each step of the process so she knew exactly what to expect. Ivy was very thorough and truly cared about making this a positive experience. Thanks to her gentle and reassuring approach, my daughter felt comfortable and confident the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be going back to Ivy again. Highly recommend!
