I’m so happy I found Ana! She’s incredibly talented with both color and cuts and truly takes her time to understand what you want. She gave me the perfect color with soft, lived-in dimension. The blend, tone and shape of the cut fall beautifully. My hair has never looked this good or grown out so well. I left feeling confident and so happy. She’s warm, thoughtful and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her if you’re in the Greenwich area!

I can’t say enough about the salon and Rafaela. She is a true artist and an exceptional person. I’ve seen her for hair color, cut, style and trust her to handle my hair for my wedding in August. I’m so grateful to have found Greenwich beauty lounge- highly recommend!

I love Rafaela and the Greenwich Beauty Lounge. Rafaela is so talented and a total doll of a person. Funny, kind, creative, Old World-y, knows cool things such as Greek remedies and again makes each person feel special, so well cared for and suddenly we each look fantastic. I can’t wait to go back for her scalp massage that is so thorough, deeply relaxing and helps me miraculously to have a million happy and clear thoughts.

I made an appointment with Rafaella because I saw all these great reviews online. I have lived in Greenwich since 2021 and had not found a stylist with whom I truly connected and who really got my style. I left Greenwich Lounge feeling that I finally found my spot and stylist and super satisfied with my haircut! Rafaela is a breath of fresh air: she is thorough but she is also efficient. She listened to my ideas but also proposed her professional advice- striking a perfect balance between “I hear you but… I am the expert “ ;) I went for a much shorter look which felt risky and I could not be happier I did it- even after 2 weeks. Her salon is also beautiful and cozy and with a fun vibe. Truly recommend this salon and Rafaela as a stylist!

I went to the salon with my hair dyed black, and I was a little nervous because we all know that bleaching black hair can really dry it out and cause breakage. I also came in wanting to go much lighter. Right from the start, I was impressed by Rafa’s professionalism. She was honest with me and said it wouldn’t be possible to get to the exact shade I wanted, but she’d do her best. I told her I trusted her because I had heard great things, and she could do what she thought was best based on the inspiration I showed her. The result? She made me feel and look better than I ever expected! my hair is still healthy even after bleaching! I’m absolutely in love with it and can’t recommend Rafa enough.

As a wannabe high maintenance to be low maintenance girly, (iykyk,) I’ve had to start my search for the BEST place to manage my head of hair. For starters, I totally messed up by at home box dye… multiple times. The girls here, Rafaela and Ramona, totally fixed me up. Went from a brassy, caramel mess, to a gorgeous champagne blonde I’ve been daydreaming about!! The cut and styling has been fabulous experiences, as well. I recall saying “I didn’t even know my hair could LOOK like this” at one point!! They know what they’re doing and thank goodness for it. From the beautiful, calming atmosphere to the utter talent and care, Greenwich Beauty Lounge is my forever hair spot from now on. NO more box dye from me (promise!!!) ;)

I went to the salon in Greenwich for the first time and I’m so happy with the whole experience. Ana was amazing. She’s patient, talented, and really makes you feel taken care of. She asked questions, offered helpful suggestions, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I’ve gotten SO many compliments already! Very very happy! The salon is warm and inviting, and everyone there is so friendly. I left feeling amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

I got my extensions & a balayage done at Greenwich Beauty Lounge recently & I am so glad that I booked with Rafaela! She is so sweet & extremely talented! I love that they have a bar, so I can have a drink while I’m sitting in the chair & it becomes more of an experience than just a service! I’m so glad I found this salon!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Rafaela at the Greenwich Beauty Lounge! From start to finish, she is professional, talented, and truly understands how to bring out the best in your look. My extensions are flawless, the color is absolutely stunning, and my cut is the best I’ve ever had—it all blends so seamlessly that I feel like a brand-new person. And while Rafaela works her magic on hair, I also have to give a huge shout-out to Dita, who is a true artist when it comes to brows. She has the most meticulous eye for detail—shaping, lifting, and perfecting them so that they completely frame the face. My brows have never looked so natural, full, and polished. The two of them together make the ultimate dream team. I constantly get compliments, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident and put-together. Everyone on Greenwich Avenue should go see Rafaela and Dita at the Greenwich Beauty Lounge—they are simply the best of the best!
