GOBS Treasurer review for Greenwich Cosmetic Dentistry

Hello Dr Cohen,there were 2 "why's" we didn't adequately discuss. One is was why is a root canal needed ? I have had at least 3 inplants and there was not mention of a root canal being needed. What is different about this situation? What is the risk - if any - of having inplants at teeth 29 and 30 without a root canal? If the root canal becomes a problem, can I have a root canal done after the inplants are in place? Sorry I'm slow on these....but you could have explained why root canals are needed in my situation, and alternatives / risks... Thanks, Fred
