I’m sharing my experience to help future clients make informed decisions. I have received Botox treatments multiple times at other clinics, so I am familiar with both the process and expected results. During my visit here, the staff was polite, and the environment was welcoming. However, the treatment itself did not meet my expectations. I was advised to receive a higher number of units than I’ve ever needed before, and the injections were noticeably more painful than my previous experiences. Most importantly, after waiting the full 15 days, I did not see any visible results. To their credit, the clinic did follow up with me and offered a touch-up, which I appreciated. However, based on my experience during the initial treatment, I did not feel comfortable returning for additional injections. I want to be clear that I am not seeking a refund or compensation. My intention is simply to share an honest and factual experience. Based on my prior treatments elsewhere, this outcome was not typic
