I’ve had 2 laser hair removal treatments and today I had my first micro-needling! Sam, Julianne and Claudia are very personable and make your time at ACS Pro Med Spa enjoyable. They are also super affordable!

My first point of contact was speaking with Claudia on the phone to potentially book an appointment and I was impressed with our conversation. I researched other med spas and because of our talk, I choose this place. Today, I went in for a laser treatment and was so pleased with my service, and her professionalism. She is an educated medical technician and also has a masters in education. I highly recommend this business. Also, what impressed me is that they are in the business of doing great services and do not push products. In fact, they barely had any and if requested would be willing to order some online for you.

I’ve been getting my microneedling from Juliana and absolutely LOVE her! She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my treatments with her and I’m super picky about where I go and cleanliness. She shows me the needles every time and how they’re new and clean straight from the autoclave packet. I’ve never had a bad experience or reaction to the treatments except improvements with my skin. HIGHLY recommend this place as they have the best people and prices in town!

I recently had a microneedling treatment here and I can confidently say it was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I've ever had—despite the nature of the treatment itself. Microneedling isn't exactly known for being comfortable, but thanks to the exceptional care and expertise of my esthetician, Juliana, the entire process was surprisingly manageable. Juliana was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also impressively knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step in detail, which helped ease any anxiety I had and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Her thoughtful, informative approach transformed what could have been an uncomfortable appointment into a relaxing, even enjoyable, experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Juliana and the team to anyone considering microneedling or any other skincare treatment. I did not get the 2 days of hyaluronic acid after doing microneedling, I also did not get the price honored like one of the reviewer said , I purchased mine through Groupon.

Ive been getting laser hair removal, microdermabrasion from ACS. Staff is very friendly and always on time with my services! Machines are high quality and they explain everything and how it’s works during the service, which is very reassuring. Most of my hair is already gone and my face is clear and smooth! Not to mention it’s SO affordable. Beauty is a passion of mine so I’m glad I don’t need to break the bank to stay in tip top shape. Will be back for more!

The service that was provided was good. The environment fair. Cleanliness? I’m unsure. I didn’t see a sink anywhere for hand hygiene.. although I wasn’t looking super hard either. Although Sam seemed very nice. Not sure if I would recommend this place or come back. Edit** most of the flaking from my face is gone now and the redness has resolved. my face looks more textured/scarred. I know these are not previous scars because they are in the shape of the microneedling head. Im pretty sure holding the device in one spot for 3-5 seconds and moving on to the next is not evidenced based practice. I will not be coming back here.

I started treatment here about a month ago, and I love it! They have great deals on laser hair removal, I was able to get a great package. They are very detailed and go over evertuthing with you. They make you feel very comfortable! They have great communication you can text and call them which is great when you're super busy. Claudia performs my treatments and she is so sweet and caring. She makes you feel super comfortable! I am stuck here for the rest of the year for my following sessions and I couldn't be happier!

I had the best experience, they made me feel comfortable. Had my first dermapen micro needling session. She explained me so well about the procedure. Excellent service, I also did glutathione IV with vitamin C. They did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the results. Definitely coming back again. I would definitely recommend everyone.
