Honestly the best first experience! They were very welcoming, all the way from the two receptionists to the nurses, and the Dr. Sam made me feel so comfortable the second he introduced himself to me. Kept me super informed in every single step of the process and why the choices were made. They let me listen to any music of my choice and let me watch Netflix from their iPad during the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable literally every 30 minutes. Got a free lunch on them. And if you need a hotel room for the night, they can help you book one that’s close to the office. Thank you to every single one on that team. I already feel more confident with my results. 10/10! Already recommending it to everyone that’s always been wanting this !

Overall, great experience. Staff was very quick, knowledgeable, and precise. The process as a whole took nearly 8hrs and not once did feel like I wasn't being taken care of or having my questions answered. I would suggest this to anybody who has seen a reduction in their hairline and has doubts about the future. Get in early and get it done so that you can keep your hair full!
