I wish they were professional enough to at least say “hey, the results you’re looking for, you won’t get them with AirSculpt alone”. Instead they were like “yeah we can do that”. If you’re thinking about this, just pay for the surgery. It’s literally the same price, if not this is more expensive! This procedure is for people who already have skinny but flabby arms, and just want them extra skinny. Everyday I look in the mirror and wish I used my money for actual arm lift surgery. I paid extra for the skin tightening and I am stuck with loose skin/flabby arms 2 years later. The stars are for the people on the day of my procedure, they made me comfortable and it was a good experience. I drove from San Antonio to this location, and I never got my follow up appointment. When I showed up for my follow up appointment, which I drove over 200 miles for, I was told the doctor who did my procedure wasn’t there and I need to reschedule. They rescheduled for another date, but I wasn’t able to show up and I never called back to reschedule. So my follow up was never done. Now I have to pay for actual arm lift surgery, I just want my money back. Picture is of now, regrets 🥲

The entire staff was amazing. Rachel at the front was so helpful and kind. Irma and Vanezza were my nurses and from pre-op to post op they were so attentive even when I called after surgery they answered all Of my questions. And Dr Baylan did an amazing job. My results are so bomb. And he’s so cool and has the coolest sneakers on!

Dr. Nguyen is the absolute BEST! Him and his team were absolutely amazing the results are even better! Well worth the experience, will be back for more with him and his team!

She’s just as kind and professional on the phone as she is in person, answering calls with warmth and patience. She creates such a great first impression and truly represents AirSculpt so well. Dealing with Rachel has been a great experience every time. Dr. Nguyen is extremely professional and very thorough he truly listens and delivers exactly what you want. From the very first consultation, my experience at AirSculpt was incredible. Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. Everything was professional, thorough, and welcoming. I never once felt rushed or uneasy. On the day of my Lipo 360 with fat transfer BBL, the team went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. They explained every step, answered all my questions, and maintained an extremely clean, calming environment. My nurse was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and reassuring the entire time. As a cancer patient, this procedure meant so much more to me than aesthetics. After my cancer surgery, my body changed dramatically. My stomach bloated, my weight fluctuated, and I lost so much afterward. I just wanted to feel confident in my skin again. One week post-op, I can honestly say I’m already so happy with my results, and I’m excited to see how everything continues to heal over the next few weeks and months. Being awake during the procedure was actually incredibly empowering, and the recovery has been shockingly easy. I was up and moving the very next day with no issues, and I’ve felt great ever since. And yes, I am absolutely obsessed with my new waist and my new butt. Dr. Nguyen did an AMAZING job. I’m beyond thankful I chose AirSculpt instead of traditional surgery elsewhere. Best decision I could have made, hands down.
