Heidi and the receptionist are incredibly warm and inviting! I've been to other med spas where you feel mean girl vibes, but not here! Heidi is not only honest but also highly knowledgeable. There was a small issue on my end with my account, but Heidi quickly found a solution. Thank you, Heidi! Love my lips and can’t wait for my Botox to kick in
