I had no idea Beauty Lab offered a cold plunge and sauna — that hidden wellness room was such a fun surprise! I tried both and left feeling totally refreshed. It’s seriously a one-stop shop for self-care. The whole space is beautiful and calming, and the team is amazing. Special shoutout to Hannah at the front — she was so kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!
