I visited BeYOUtiful after seeing a Facebook promotion. Unfortunately, my experience raised several concerns regarding professionalism and business practices. First, I was supposed to receive a lip flip, but very little product was injected. The result was not noticeable at all, which was disappointing. Second, while I understand educating clients is important, Kim spoke excessively throughout the appointment. She repeatedly apologized for talking too much but did not adjust. It became overwhelming and made it difficult to relax or feel confident in the process. Third, the sales approach was extremely pushy. During my visit, three different people came in attempting to sell additional services or products. I had already planned to receive Botox, but due to the aggressive sales tactics, I actually reduced the amount I purchased. At my follow-up appointment, more photos were taken and I received a facial. The esthetician who performed the facial was pleasant and did a good job. However, I was then told that to correct areas that were missed initially, I would need to pay several hundred dollars more for additional Botox. I was told, “Had I known you previously, I would have given you more Botox, but I didn’t know you.” This explanation made no sense to me. I have never been told that correcting an initial treatment would require full additional payment. When I declined, Kim’s demeanor changed immediately. She appeared visibly annoyed, began placing items down forcefully, and the interaction became uncomfortable. At that point, I had uneven results (one eyebrow higher than the other), so my frustration was completely valid. Lastly, the office environment was overwhelming and lacked a clean, calming aesthetic. It was extremely cluttered with décor, creating visual overload rather than a relaxing medical-spa atmosphere. The receptionist was polite, albeit a bit abrupt, but overall kind. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet professional standards, and I would not return or recommend this business.

Loved my experience! Location was very easy to find, many available marking spaces and was immediately greeted and offered a beverage while I waited. The office was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and inviting. My consultation was very detailed and informative. I was engaged the educated without any pressure and everything explained to me was very straight forward. I decided to go ahead with a few of the things outlined in my consultation and will definitely be going back for the other areas.

Kay is phenomenal. Her clinic is outstanding! She has a masterful knowledge of aesthetics, and is so personable that I feel like I’m walking into a relative’s home. Her staff is warm and inviting, all the services offered at her spa are very reasonably priced, and her membership program is by far the best value in Houston comparative to other fly-by-night, inject by day businesses. I highly recommend anyone looking for establishing care, switching providers, or just looking to change things up, to go see what a beautiful place Kay has! What I mean to say is, she is upper echelon in in her field! I have gone to many clinics, spas, and medical providers in decades of aesthetics, she is the BEST in Houston! Don’t look any further. Anyone can say they provide what you are looking for, but do not waste your precious time and money going somewhere else when you can go to her and be better than set. You will be GOLDEN!!

I’ve had several services with Michele over the past couple of months, including ombré permanent eyebrow makeup and a hydro facial. She is so nice and makes the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. I love how naturally enhanced my eyebrows look — very soft and not overdone. The hydro facial was also impressive and gave me immediate glowing results. Highly recommended!

Honestly, they genuinely care. They care about results, they care about the experience, but most importantly, they care about their customers. I’ve visited a lot of medspas, and this one just has a different energy. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Not to mention, Kay is truly an artist when it comes to facial balancing. Everything looks natural, refined, and tailored to you. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. I definitely wasn’t disappointed.

Have always had some areas on my face that I’d like to improve but due to negative experiences at other places, I had pretty much had given up on it until I met Kay! She’s very positive, warm and welcoming and most importantly did an amazing job. Never thought I’d get results like I did with her. Ended up joining up for the membership - excited to keep coming back!

Today was my first time here. The experience was amazing. My skin Looks like a glazed donut. My aesthetician Michelle did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommended!

She was like a used car salesman and I walked out of there paying $600 and got zero results. She didn’t inject any product into my forehead and I had serious lines. I’ve been getting Botox/ Dysport for 15 years and never have I ever NOT had results. I told her I was on a budget so she said she was giving me what product was “on sale” but what ever she put in my face was like water. I didn’t even feel her barely injecting anything. Just a couple of tiny pokes. I was surprised when she didn’t even ask me for a photo in two weeks. When I called to explain she said she couldn’t make up for it and that’s I’d have to pay again. She’s a scammer, won’t be going back.

Kay was so amazingly thorough. She explained both anatomy and artistry in fuller detail than I had ever had before. She pointed out suggestions and let me know options in a way that didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed, but more so empowered and proactive. I like that I have a plan for now and aspirational goals for later. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming!

Kay is very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at her craft all while being down to earth. I really appreciate her providing complementary follow-up after injections. Leslie is awesome and I enjoyed the microdermabrasion facial. Pricing / specials are competitive and Kay, Leslie, and the whole staff treat their patients/clients very well!
