Please do not use this doctor. I went to her at 56 years old with 100lb weight loss and very saggy C size breast. I told her I wanted them lifted up and cleavage without wearing a bra but I didn’t want to really go up in size. The morning of my surgery I couldn’t even walk into the hospital because the medication she gave me the night before was way too strong and I was so out of it. Then I came home and realized she had put 325cc implants which were too big and made my breasts a DD and had made my nipples as small as a child’s nipples. As I healed I had two different spots where the stitches came open and it took months to heal. She also left the brown tissue from my areola sewn up in my stitches so now I have a brown line down my left breast. She did offer to fix it but I bottomed out. When I went back and asked her why I still hung down and why so big with no cleavage without a bra. She told me that they hung naturally and she couldn’t move my breasts up on my chest and it was just my anatomy. Which I do not believe. I feel like if you pay $15,000 you should get more and what you want. Then when I told her they were too big and too heavy and I wanted them out she charged me $5000 to take them out in less than a year and she said that was with a discount for being her patient. Fast forward to today which has been 10 months post explant I have scar tissue so bad and now I have cyst in some of my scars one the size of a golf ball. I went back to let her check it and she said it was fat necrosis and there was nothing to do. Now I have to have several mammograms and hope nothing comes of it. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! If I give any advice to someone considering her all I would say is DON’T. Her staff was amazing and could not have asked for better but definitely never use her.wont add photos because I don’t have any that I can put on here but would be happy to show anyone who is thinking about using her. It been 2 years of pain from a bad decision

I got my breast augmentation 3 months ago with Dr. Mohan, her and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful! I had all questions answered without hesitation and spoke to Dr. Mohan about my goals and we chose the perfect size! The post surgery was great I had minor pain the first 2-3 days but after that it was little to none. My scars healed great! I would definitely recommend Ciaravino for all your beauty needs! She is the boob doc for a reason!
