I will give 2 stars because some of the services I received were done well-the Halo treatment and 2 sofwave treatments went well. I had three different filler/botox appointments and left each one disappointed. The communication, guidance, and technique are all lacking. You MUST do research before you go to ensure you are getting the right treatment AND the right amounts of filler and Botox. The last time I went I was told about a treatment for my cheeks. I showed a picture to the injector of the areas of concern. I had never had the treatment before so I wasn’t sure where the material would be injected. Instead of filling the noticeable places I showed her, she put filler in two different places on each side of my face. When I contacted them to describe this, the injector said she told me we needed to see how it would settle. That was never said. I ended up wondering if some treatments are done in such a way as to necessitate coming back for more. I trusted they had expertise and found they didn’t. I spent thousands of dollars there. I won’t go back.
