Excellent med spa!!! Loved Dr. Rowland- very easy to make appointment and she was very knowledgeable as an MD and physician. I found her incredibly knowledgeable in all cosmetic skin offerings and procedures like botox and laser and side effects and the appointment was smooth with no complaints- I feel like my skin is healthier and looks better. Also loved the transparent, reasonable and affordable rates on her offerings (especially given that she’s a physician injecting me). Plus, spa was very clean/comfortable/stylish with lots of parking!

Elevate Skincare definitely got its name right! I’m a repeat customer for a reason. I’ve taken a while to write my review because time tells a tale. . Dr. Rowland took great care in listening to my needs and was so thoughtful taking time to explain the realistic expectations and how we would proceed. She’s extremely easy to talk to, takes time with each patient and does not oversell unnecessary treatment. Time tells a tale and my skin looks better, months down the road than it did when I begun. Her level of skill, expertise and understanding of her craft, coupled with her medical MD credentials put me immediately at ease. She has such a broad range of knowledge. I’m happy to report that I regularly get compliments on my face, the results are natural and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my face seen to. Having a doctor who feels like a friend, takes such excellent care to produce incredible results, is a win.

I recently visited Elevate Skin Clinic and Medspa for Botox treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The consultation was thorough — PA Marlena took the time to explain the procedure, address all my questions, and tailor the treatment to my needs. The injection itself was quick and virtually painless. Within a few days, I noticed a smoother, more refreshed appearance, especially around my forehead and eyes. It looks very natural — exactly what I was hoping for! PA Marlena was professional and gentle, and I truly felt in good hands throughout the process. I will definitely be returning for future treatments and highly recommend them to anyone considering Botox!

My experience with Dr. Rowland was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns very well. She layout a good treatment plan that fits my needs. I had my microneedling with PRP done twice already and had impressive results. The acne scars on my face has improved and so far, I don’t have any acne anymore! Wonderful Photofacial at Elevate performed by the doctor! I had such a great result on my face and neck, I had the Dr. do the procedure on my arms and hands to get rid of all those freckles and age spots. Not only was it a good price, but it was actually relaxing. She kept checking my comfort level and adjusted the laser to target different issues like redness and broken capillaries on my face. Her office was super cute and offered me plenty of privacy. She was not rushed despite my many questions and she was focused only on me. Wish all my Dr. appointments were like this!

I had such a great experience here. The space is clean, calming, and actually feels like a medspa not a rushed clinic. The staff took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable. I never felt pressured or upsold. Results look amazing and natural. Marlena is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has a keen eye for detail! I went to her for microneedling with PRP. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I had very minimal downtime and I have gotten so many compliments on how glowy and clear my skin is looking! I would HIGHLY recommend Marlena for all your skin needs!

Dr. Rowland is truly a gem. Her facial care has been what I didn’t know I needed all this time. As an MD, she has the training and experience to do proper extractions of acnes, milia, sweat pockets etc. In 1 visit, my facial skin has improved, and going forward I’ll have regular visit.
