Haley Nguyen review for Elite Physique Body Sculpting

Made and confirmed the appt cuz I understand I get charged $50 for no-show policy. I showed up on time and Melissa was not even there. I called her, of course and she said she forgot our appt. I addressed my frustration cuz I had to drive 30” to get there and nobody was even at the place. I didn’t get a sincere apology from her. I asked for the deposit back and she kind of refused it at first. I believe the no-show policy should go both ways. If I didn’t show up, I would get charged $50. When she didn’t show up, she made up excuses. She gave me the deposit back at the end anyway but acted very unprofessionally, in my opinion. For the same price, I would get a good and professional service at other places. Wouldnt recommend this place….
