If I could give this business 1 star, I would. The lack of customer service and professionalism is beyond frustrating. I never spoke to an actual person. Everything was via text. It took days for a response. Finally, the appt is set and the appt is missed by the practitioner. I called and texted no response. Only when I mentioned I will be reviewing the business did I get a response. The person had the nerve to say they booked someone else. I asked why I was never notified. No response no apology just I had someone else How does anyone run a business like this?

So unprofessional, don’t go to this place. I had been a client for 4 months and purchase close to 1k in services only for the owner to tell me she could not reschedule me after letting her know my car was leaking oil and I couldn’t drive it that day to my appointment. I literally had to tow my car to the dealer. The pettiness and inconsideration is crazy. Meanwhile she pushed my appointment twice before and did a same day cancellation on me all because she was in San Antonio and couldn’t make it on time back to Houston. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
