They always do a great job customizing treatment to my sensitive skin. Jada was very thorough on my last facial and even added some massage. It felt wonderful!

Jena the receptionist was great very helpful and professional Karen that rendered the facial services she was amazing very knowledgeable of the services I requested answered all my questions walked me through all the services that she was doing upon my request. The facility itself was very nice quiet calm place and clean so you can really enjoy your services yes I give 5 stars and more for sure ladies this place is perfect for a facial of all walks of life skin tones I do look forward of getting it again

A big shout out to Karen, my Aesthetician who does my HydraFacial, she is very thorough and her hand is so light. She is made my face light from heavy congestion of my acne. I am definitely and highly recommended Karen if you went to the clinic.

I visited Face Foundry initially for an eyebrow wax and tint, and later returned a few weeks afterward for an eyelash lift and tint. Overall, both services were very well done. My technician, Bay, was friendly, professional, and made the experience comfortable. The quality of the services was excellent, and I was pleased with the results both times. One small concern was that the eyebrow tint seemed to fade after about a week; however, when I returned for the lash lift, my technician thoughtfully touched it up, which I greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. That said, the service areas are separated by curtains rather than fully enclosed rooms. While music and noise reducers are used, you can still hear conversations from nearby clients. For shorter services like waxing or tinting, this was not an issue, but I personally would hesitate to book a longer, more relaxing service such as a facial due to the lack of full privacy. Another minor drawback is limited seating in the waiting area—there are only a couple of chairs. On a busy Saturday, several clients were waiting, though staff moved people to the back quickly, so the wait was brief. Overall, Face Foundry offers high-quality, efficient services in a clean and professional environment. I would recommend it particularly for quick treatments like waxing, brow services, or lash lifts.

First time getting my eyebrows laminated and I had a wonderful experience with Rachael! She was so kind, personable, and walked me through the process and aftercare instructions. She offered me a weighted blanket and aroma therapy and I nearly fell asleep! My experience was so relaxing and went by fast. I was scared to get my eyebrows waxed due to a prior bad experience, but she did such a great job and it was painless. I left feeling like a brand new person. 10/10 recommend this service and Rachael as your go to esthetician!

I had the most amazing HydraFacial experience with Isabella at Face Foundrie! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professional. Isabella took the time to explain each step of the treatment and customized it to exactly what my skin needed. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply hydrated, and glowing especially around my face and neck area. You can truly see and feel the difference. This was my first time visiting FACE FOUNDRIE and all the workers were very welcoming. Nyomie was the tech who did my hydrafacial and she did great! She gave me lots of new information relating to my skin and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I would definitely return in the future :)

The results were noticeable immediately—my skin felt firmer, refreshed, and rejuvenated. You can tell Kendall is extremely skilled and passionate about what she does.
